No matter what service or product you’re trying to order, you’re susceptible to complications and unwanted issues. Here at Western Elite, we try to remove as many potential complications as possible. We want you to have an easy and smooth experience when working with us. Here are a few tips to help you avoid complications when you place an order with Western Elite.
Information we’ll need
To avoid confusion, there are a few basic things that we’ll need from you when you place your order, and so you should be prepared to provide us with the following:
-Your contact information
-Contact person’s phone number
-The size of container you’re looking to rent
-Your anticipated need for the rental dumpster(this is so we can make educated recommendations based on size and weight)
-Desired delivery date
Specific information and requests
After the order has been placed, the most confusing part of the process for many people, is the delivery process. If there is a specific placement you have in mind for the dumpster, you’ll need to let us know that before the delivery date! Do you want it placed on the street, in the driveway, side of the yard, etc. This information will help our delivery team, and will make it so you won’t have to attempt to move it after it’s been delivered.
If you have specific requests, make sure that you relay these when you place your order, whether they pertain to the delivery or anything else. Would you like the driver to call you when they are on the way with the delivery? Is there a specific time frame you would like the delivery made during. Please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate to all of your requests.
When you’re done
You’re done with the dumpster and are ready for it to be picked up and all of the waste within it to be disposed of…so now what? Luckily, this is a very simple part of the process. Simply give us a call and let us know that you’re finished with it and would like it picked up, and we’ll coordinate a pickup time at our earliest convenience available.
