Ordering & delivery

Getting a dumpster to your door

How do I order a dumpster?
Order online in minutes on our Order a Dumpster page — pick a size, choose a time, and pay. Or call/text (702) 440-4242 and one of our trained specialists will book it for you and answer any questions. Same-day delivery available when you order before noon.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. Commercial credit available. Cash is accepted at delivery — call (702) 440-4242 to place a cash order.
What’s the same-day cutoff?
Order before noon and it arrives the same day, within 4 business hours. Call or text (702) 440-4242 to confirm your ZIP.
Do I need to be there for delivery?
Best if you are, so we place it exactly where you want. If not, add clear placement notes at checkout — we’re maneuvering a big truck and a steel container, so good notes let us do our best to drop it in the right spot. Keep the placement clear of pipes, roofs, walls, and fences, and remember the truck needs a hard surface to both drive on and set the container down — not soft dirt, grass, or landscaping.
What areas do you serve?
The entire Las Vegas valley — Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas included — and we deliver outside the valley too; an out-of-area trip charge may apply. Call or text (702) 440-4242 to confirm your address and service availability.
Where can you place my dumpster?
Anywhere that doesn’t break city, county, or HOA rules — driveway, jobsite, or street. Never in front of a fire hydrant, in a red zone, or blocking a sidewalk (city ordinance, no exceptions), and streets too narrow for neighbors to pass are out. HOA approval is on you before delivery; in a fully red-zoned community we can still deliver, but pickup must be scheduled within 24 hours. Add placement notes at checkout — driveway placement carries some surface risk.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
It can leave markings or scuff marks — the wheels and front rails are what touch down, and the back wheels carry a lot of weight. The heavier your load, the more force on the surface — older or thinner concrete can crack, not just scuff. Pavers scratch or crack more easily than concrete. To protect the surface, three 4x8 sheets of 1/2-inch plywood is ideal: one under each back wheel and one across the front rails. You supply the plywood — place it yourself or have it on site and your driver will set it. Supplying less than that? Our drivers will do their best with whatever you provide, but keep in mind we’re working with big equipment — pinpoint accuracy isn’t possible.
Can I order after hours?
Yes — order online 24/7 on the Order a Dumpster page. Our call/text line is answered Mon–Fri 6 am–4 pm and Sat 7 am–noon (Pacific); message after hours and we’ll reply first thing the next business morning.

Sizes, weight & what fits

Choosing a size and loading it right

What size roll-off do I need?
  • 40-yard — construction and big cleanouts; 8 feet tall, the most value per yard if you have the volume, harder to load over the side.
  • 30-yard — whole-home renovations and roofing; 6 feet tall.
  • 15-yard — cleanouts and small remodels; usually the lowest-cost option and at 4 feet tall the easiest to load over the side.
  • Lowboy — heavy material (concrete, dirt, brick, rock, sand, asphalt).
Every size with full dimensions is on our Order a Dumpster page.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Before delivery, call or text (702) 440-4242 and we’ll change it at no cost. After delivery: if the dumpster is empty, we swap it for just a trip charge. If it’s loaded, unload it first — we swap it for the trip charge plus the price difference between the two sizes, and you reload into the new box.
Can I fill it all the way to the top?
Load level to the top rail, never above the sides — overflowing loads can’t be hauled. Keep the net weight under 6 tons.
What can I put in the dumpster?
Construction debris, junk, furniture, yard waste, roofing, and most reno material. Concrete, dirt, brick, rock, sand, and asphalt can’t go in a 15-, 30-, or 40-yard dumpster — heavy material is only allowed in a lowboy. See the full list on the Order a Dumpster page.
I’ve got concrete or dirt — what do I use?
A lowboy — it’s built for dense, heavy material that would overload a standard roll-off.
Can I throw away TVs?
Please don’t — TVs and other e-waste should go straight to a permitted e-waste recycler, not in the dumpster. If any end up in the load, we have to pull them and route them ourselves, and that carries a $46-per-TV fee. Keeping them out avoids the charge entirely.
Do you take scrap metal?
Yes — metal can go in any size dumpster, as long as it loads below the top rail. Great for demo jobs, shop cleanups, and appliance-heavy cleanouts (no freon units). Call or text (702) 440-4242 to set one up.

Rental period, pickup & moving

After your dumpster is on site

How long is the rental period?
A 7-day rental is included. Need longer? Call or text before pickup — extra time runs $75 per week after the included 7 days.
How many times will you empty it during my rental?
The rental includes delivery and one final pickup — it doesn’t include unlimited empties. Need it emptied mid-rental? That’s an exchange: we haul the full box and drop a fresh one, billed at the same price as a new rental. An exchange also restarts the clock — you get a fresh 7-day rental period with the new box. Call or text (702) 440-4242 to schedule one.
When will you pick it up?
Any time within your 7 days — call or text when you’re done. Pickups are scheduled in a 4-hour window that fits your day — 8 am–noon, 9 am–1 pm, whatever works. If timing doesn’t matter, tell us “anytime” and we’ll pick it up during business hours.
Can I move the dumpster once it’s placed?
No — moving it needs special equipment. Tell us where you want it up front; later moves cost extra.
How do I schedule an exchange or final pickup?
Text (702) 440-4242 with your name or company, dumpster number, location, and whether it’s an exchange or final pickup. We’ll confirm a 4-hour service window that fits your day — or tell us “anytime” and we’ll come during business hours.
What happens if the dumpster is blocked or overfilled at pickup?
If we can’t safely service it — a vehicle in the way, or debris above the top rail — a trip charge applies per the rental agreement and we’ll reschedule. Overfilled loads must be leveled to the rail before we can haul.
What if someone else dumps something in my dumpster?
You’re responsible for everything in the dumpster, no matter who put it there — if a prohibited item ends up in the load, you’ll need to remove it before we can haul. The best deterrent is a tarp: a covered dumpster rarely gets dumped in. We’d prefer you bring your own — any tarp from Lowe’s or Home Depot works — but we can provide one if you’d rather; just ask when you order. Placing the box where it’s visible and scheduling pickup as soon as you’re done helps too.

Lowboys, concrete & recycling

Heavy material and where it goes

What’s the difference between a Clean and a Mixed lowboy?
Clean is 100% recyclable material — concrete, rock, brick, block, gravel — at the lower rate. Mixed is anything else and costs more to sort.
What counts as “clean” vs. “mixed”?
Clean = only concrete, rock, brick, block, or gravel. Anything else (dirt, sod, wood, tile, asphalt, trash) is Mixed.
Can I put asphalt in a lowboy?
Yes, but in the Mixed lowboy only — it’s not part of our clean-concrete recycling stream.
There’s rebar in my concrete — is it still considered clean?
Yes — standard rebar (about 1/2 inch in diameter) is fine, and your concrete still counts as clean. We pull the steel with a magnet during crushing. Thinner wire mesh is different — it may not qualify for the clean-concrete rate. Not sure which you have? Text a photo to (702) 440-4242 and we’ll price it accurately.
What happens to the concrete you haul?
We’re one of the largest concrete recyclers in Nevada — we crush it into Type 2 gravel at our own Nellis Blvd plant, so it’s reused locally instead of landfilled.
Do you provide recycling services?
Yes — waste and recyclables we collect are hauled to our own permitted facilities, where recyclables can be sorted out of the waste stream and sold back to the commodities market instead of landfilled. We recycle items like cardboard, metal, concrete, green waste, wood, and plastics. One thing we are not: a buy-back center. We don’t pay for aluminum cans, scrap metal, or cardboard, and there’s no rebate for dropping off recyclables. Standard disposal rates apply at our dump sites.
Can you deliver gravel too?
Yes — we deliver Type 2 recycled gravel, crushed at our own Nellis Blvd plant, by lowboy or end dump depending on quantity and site access. Call or text (702) 440-4242 for a quote.

Dump sites (self-haul)

Hauling it in yourself

Do I need to do anything before my first visit?
No appointment needed — just check your material is accepted and confirm hours and rates. Call (702) 440-4242 if you’re unsure.
What are your dump site hours?
Six days a week (closed Sunday): Nellis/Alto opens 5 am, Henderson and Wynn Road 6 am. Lincoln County landfill Mon–Fri, 7 am–3 pm. Locations and details are on the Dump Sites page.
What’s prohibited at the dump sites?
Hazardous and toxic materials, liquids of any kind (oil, paint, freon), batteries, e-waste, contaminated soil, and medical waste & needles. One exception: our landfill accepts manifested asbestos (call for pricing) — and we run dedicated asbestos dumpsters, hauled to our landfill on our own trucks. Not listed? Call (702) 440-4242 before you load.
How is dumping priced?
At our Nellis and Henderson locations you weigh in at the entrance and weigh out on your way out — you’re charged by the ton on the difference. Our Wynn Road location charges by the volume of your load instead of weight, and runs higher for convenience. Minimums and a fuel surcharge may apply.
Can you just deliver a dumpster to me instead?
Absolutely — we deliver roll-off dumpsters valley-wide within 4 business hours, then haul it off.

Storage containers

On-site storage, delivered

Do you rent storage containers?
Yes — 20 ft and 40 ft steel containers on monthly rental, delivered to your site. Containers are set up through our sales team with a simple contract; call or text (702) 440-4242 to get started. More on the Storage Containers page.
How does storage container delivery and pickup work?
At delivery we’ll ask which way you want the doors facing, so plan your access before we arrive. For pickup, the container must be completely empty. Need a lock? We can supply a padlock for $20.
How do I get storage container pricing?
Prices are published upfront: $130/mo for a 20 ft, $170/mo for a 40 ft, plus $199 delivery and $199 final pickup — every fee is listed on our Storage Containers page, and the instant calculator there gives you your exact total with no contact info required.

Commercial recycling

Front load containers & compactors

What is front load recycling service?
Scheduled pickup of a 4, 6 or 8 yard container for your business’s recyclables — cardboard, paper, plastic, metal, wood and green waste — as often as six days a week. Dedicated cardboard-only containers are available too. Details on our Front Load Recycling page.
When does a compactor make sense instead?
When you generate enough material for four or more open-top 40-yard containers a month — below that, the equipment lease usually outweighs the savings. A compactor crushes dry recyclables at about 4:1, so one haul replaces about four. See the haul calculator on our Compactor page.
Not sure what your business needs?
We’ll come look — free. A local rep can walk your site for front load sizing, and a compactor specialist runs a free site survey and material audit before any compactor quote. Call or text (702) 440-4242.
Can these containers take regular trash?
No — front load containers and compactors are for recyclable material only. General trash collection in the Las Vegas valley is franchised separately. What we do take is broader than most expect; see the accepted materials lists on each service page.
