These are the largest of all Western Elite commercial dumpsters. We are proud to offer Las Vegas a chance to help keep their communities clean. Our 40-yard dumpsters are ideal for larger interior home renovations, household cleanups and commercial construction or renovation projects. These dumpsters are great for residential clean up projects as well as professional construction work. These dumpsters are great for carrying:
- Bulky material (but no heavy demolition materials)
- Large commercial projects
- New construction
- Large remodels/cleanups
IMPORTANT: NO dirt, rock, concrete, brick, asphalt, sod. Rental includes a maximum of 8 tons (16,000 pounds) of debris and waste. All overages will be charged an additional $60/ton.

How long is this rental for?
Orders are automatically scheduled for pickup on the 7th day, unless additional rental time has been purchased with the checkbox option above. Any changes must be made 24 hours prior to delivery or pickup. Additional rental time options are available – please call (702) 440-4242 for details.
How do I ensure that my dumpster will be delivered on time?
Western Elite is the only dumpster company in Vegas with a 4-hour guarantee and has 99.5% on-time delivery rate. To make sure we meet your expectations, please place all online orders at least 30 minutes prior the selected 4-hr time period.
How much waste can I fit into my dumpster?
Dumpsters must be evenly loaded and debris may not exceed top of dumpster. No dirt, rock, concrete, asphalt or sod is to be placed in 15-yard, 30-yard or 40-yard containers. 8-ton weight limit.
