Concrete, rock, dirt, gravel, brick, asphalt — heavy material in quantity. A standard dumpster can't legally haul this weight; a lowboy is built for it, with ground-level loading at just 3.5 ft tall.

Only a couple of wheelbarrow loads — a half-bath tile tear-out or a small backyard pad? Or mostly light debris and trash? A 15-yard dumpster holds more volume and usually costs less.

Clean loads get recycled
Clean concrete and rock go straight to our crusher and become brand-new gravel — no sorting, nothing sent to the landfill — so we keep the price lower.
Mixed loads take more work
Mixed material has to be sorted, then hauled to a landfill 60 miles away. That extra labor, hauling and disposal is reflected in the price.
You only pay for your load
With two options, a clean load never has to cover the cost of handling someone else's trash. Keep your load clean and you get the lower price.
