How Roll Off Dumpsters Are Delivered
Roll off dumpsters are delivered on a truck with a large hydraulic arm. The arm is used to lower the dumpster onto the ground. The driver will place the dumpster in the desired location as long as it is accessible at the time of drop off. This means the area needs to be free of power lines or overhanging branches for a smooth delivery. We recommend someone is present at the drop off site to communicate with the driver about the dumpster placement. We want to ensure it is placed exactly where you need it for the duration of the rental period.
We advise that you leave the roll off dumpster where it is originally placed to avoid damaging it and/or your property.

A roll off dumpster needs a clear, level area that is large enough to accommodate the size of the dumpster. For example, our 12-yard dumpsters require an area that is at least 12 feet wide by 22 feet long. Western Elite can deliver and place the dumpster in your desired location.
The weight limit for our roll off dumpsters is 8 tons, which is equal to 16,000 pounds. Currently, our Lowboy dumpster is the only one in which you can load heavy materials such as asphalt, brick, concrete, dirt, sand, and sod.
What Can I Put In Western Elite Roll Off Dumpsters?
Most types of trash and debris can be placed in our roll off dumpsters. Western Elite accepts the following materials in roll off dumpsters:
